Backwoodsman and traditional bow hunter.
"The real work of men was hunting meat. The invention of agriculture was a giant step in the wrong direction, leading to serfdom, cities, and empire. From a race of hunters, artists, warriors, and tamers of horses, we degraded ourselves to what we are now: clerks, functionaries, laborers, entertainers, processors of information." - Ed Abbey

I subscribe to a couple of book mags for readers and reading groups. My love is English Literature of which I have a personal library at home of getting on for 3,000 books. My interests are eclectic, though. For having been a Girl Guide I've learnt a few things about survival. And making a darn'd good meal for a dozen hungry men.

I like all sorts of people. optimistic, positive - creative ones. being themselves. people who want something with their lives. Who are interested in things - and therefore interesting themselves. |

Backwoodsman is #1 for me. Then Backwoodshome. I get Rifleman but only because I am an NRA member.
