I used to use dryer lint butm as we wear more synthetics, the lint is not a consistant performer any more. Now I fill the egg cup with cedar wood chips. I buy them at Hell*Mart in the pet dept, where they are sold to line animal cages. I don't have any real access to a woodshop were I can get my own chips, and these are about $3.00 for 5 pounds. As an added bonus, the cedar is much better smelling than the lint ever was.
